Our business has been built on the premise that purchasing furnishings for your home should be a pleasant experience. Our sales associates are schooled to gather information from our customers in order to help them make good decisions in areas such as scale and functionality. We primarily do business in Maryland, Delaware, Southern Pennsylvania, Northern Virginia and  parts of West Virginia.

Warranties:

• Quality, reliability, and value are some of the factors considered in the selection of products sold at Lauman's Home Furnishings. While specific warranties will vary, in general, defects in material and workmanship are covered. Copies of warranties (if issued) are available for furnishings sold at Lauman's.
• Your furniture is warranted by the manufacturer. Additionally, Lauman's Home Furnishings warrants all products sold to be representative of floor sample quality within industry acceptable standards, and free of material and workmanship defects for a period of one year. The customer may, depending on manufacturer's express warranty, be covered for a period beyond the first year, up to the life of the product. 
• Lauman's does not extend any warranty beyond the express or implied terms of the product warranty. Product is warranted by manufacturers and Lauman's will assist customers in obtaining factory-authorized service. Transportation charges, if necessary to repair product are the responsibility of the customer after one year.
• Warranties apply to original purchaser for residential use.
• Floor samples are representative of the product quality that will be delivered.
• Warrantees exclude furniture that has been abused, exposed to extremes in sunlight, humidity, and /or temperature. Normal wear and tear or accidents, including scratches, burns, watermarks, or indentations are not covered.
• Service is limited to repair, replacement or purchase refund at the discretion of Lauman's Home Furnishings.
• Lauman's Home Furnishings does not lend furniture for customer use while furniture is being serviced. 
• Fabrics and leathers are covered by manufacturer's warranties.
